We are looking for a Mid-Level OutSystems Developer for our Dev Platforms team and we believe we will be #betterwithyou!

 

We count on you to…

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance OutSystems applications (Reactive Web and Mobile).
  • Create and manage complex integrations and develop Custom Extensions in C# to extend the platform with new features.
  • Design efficient data models, write, and optimize complex queries in SQL Server and PostgreSQL.
  • Ensure strict compliance with OutSystems best practices and use tools such as Mentor and Discovery to reduce technical debt.
  • Work in an Agile environment (Scrum/Kanban), supporting and providing technical mentoring to the internal community.

 

Bring with you…

  • 2 to 4 years of proven experience in OutSystems development (Reactive, Traditional and/or Mobile).
  • Strong programming knowledge in C# (.NET), with the ability to create and maintain extensions.
  • Proficiency in SQL Server and PostgreSQL, with the ability to analyze execution plans, optimize slow queries, and ensure data integrity.
  • Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for advanced UI/UX customization.
  • Ability to solve complex problems, analytical thinking, and teamwork spirit.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and good knowledge of English (technical and conversational).

 

We also value:

  • OutSystems certifications (e.g.: Associate Reactive Developer, Professional Web Developer, etc.).
  • Previous experience in a Center of Excellence (CoE) or Factory model.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD processes applied to the OutSystems ecosystem (LifeTime, Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
  • Knowledge of other languages such as C#.
  • Use of AI to accelerate development.
