We are looking for a Logistics and Supply Chain Specialist to join our Supply Chain team, and we believe we’ll be #betterwithyou!

 
We count on you to…

• Plan and coordinate warehouse operations, ensuring adequate capacity levels, logistics service, and responsiveness to business needs;
• Ensure the planning of major promotional campaigns, from warehouse purchasing to in-store replenishment, in close coordination with warehouses, stock management, and stores;
• Conduct analyses to identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions that enhance service levels and logistics efficiency;
• Work on the continuous improvement of Supply Chain Planning team processes, actively contributing to the preparation and evolution of the area for the implementation of AI and advanced analytics solutions;
• Support decision-making through data, scenarios, and Supply Chain performance indicators;
• Conduct analyses to identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions that enhance service levels and logistics efficiency;
• Work on the continuous improvement of Supply Chain Planning team processes, actively contributing to the preparation and evolution of the area for the implementation of AI and advanced analytics solutions.

So, bring with you…

• Higher education degree in Logistics, Planning, or related fields;
• Proficiency in Excel;
• Knowledge of SQL;
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, working effectively with different departments (operations, stock management, stores);
• Proactivity, autonomy, and a strong sense of responsibility;
• Team spirit and willingness to learn;
• Analytical skills, critical thinking, and a focus on continuous improvement;
