We count on you to…

• Be a technological driver and develop continuous improvement initiatives and processes for incorporating technology and innovation, through benchmarking actions, proofs of concept, and pilot projects;
• Act as a technical consultant and support purchasing processes, by defining specifications and technical requirements, ensuring the supply of logistics equipment and solutions according to safety and quality standards;
• Act as a strategic promoter – structure problems, perform critical data analysis and technical-financial feasibility studies that support decision-making, for the improvement of a given service, equipment, or process;
• Coordinate activities with other departments of the organization, aiming at the efficient management of assets and services that support logistics operations.

So, bring with you…

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in engineering, maintenance, contract/service management, project management, procurement and/or logistics;
• Higher education, preferably in Industrial Engineering and Management, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering;
• Ability to integrate multidisciplinary project management teams;
• Negotiation skills that allow you to establish partnerships with external companies, as well as reach consensus around common goals with other areas of the company;
• Analytical capacity, strategic vision for the medium-long term, and the ability to anticipate problems and propose solutions;
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (particularly Excel and PowerPoint);
• Solid knowledge of English;
• Passion for implementing technological and robotic solutions.
