We are looking for a Legal Trainee to join our Tax team, and we believe we will be #betterwithyou!
 
You will have the opportunity to join a dynamic tax team, with exposure to tax litigation matters and the monitoring of tax audits, in a collaborative and challenging environment. This role will allow you to develop technical skills in the tax area, working closely with different business units.
 
 
You will be responsible for…
  • Supporting the monitoring of tax audits, including managing information requests from the Tax Authority;
  • Collaborating in the preparation of responses to draft assessments and inspection reports;
  • Supporting pre-litigation and tax litigation processes, namely administrative complaints, hierarchical appeals, and other procedures;
  • Supporting the team in defining and implementing tax monitoring strategies;
  • Collaborating with internal teams (finance and accounting) and supporting coordination with external consultants;
  • Contributing to the identification and monitoring of tax risks;
  • Supporting tax-related topics and transversal projects.
 

So, bring with you…

  • Degree in Law;
  • Interest in Tax Law;
  • Academic knowledge of Tax Law (preferred);
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
  • Good communication skills and teamwork ability;
  • Proactive profile, willing to learn and grow;
  • Interest in developing a career in tax within a corporate environment;
  • Good knowledge of English (preferred);
  • Proficiency in standard IT tools.
