We are looking for a Legal Trainee to join our Tax team, and we believe we will be #betterwithyou!

You will have the opportunity to join a dynamic tax team, with exposure to tax litigation matters and the monitoring of tax audits, in a collaborative and challenging environment. This role will allow you to develop technical skills in the tax area, working closely with different business units.

You will be responsible for…

Supporting the monitoring of tax audits, including managing information requests from the Tax Authority;
Collaborating in the preparation of responses to draft assessments and inspection reports;
Supporting pre-litigation and tax litigation processes, namely administrative complaints, hierarchical appeals, and other procedures;
Supporting the team in defining and implementing tax monitoring strategies;
Collaborating with internal teams (finance and accounting) and supporting coordination with external consultants;
Contributing to the identification and monitoring of tax risks;
Supporting tax-related topics and transversal projects.

Degree in Law;
Interest in Tax Law;
Academic knowledge of Tax Law (preferred);
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
Good communication skills and teamwork ability;
Proactive profile, willing to learn and grow;
Interest in developing a career in tax within a corporate environment;
Good knowledge of English (preferred);
Proficiency in standard IT tools.
