We count on you to…
• Ensure that developed solutions support technological transformation and the evolution of digital products.
• Participate in transformation initiatives, applying an integrated technical vision and promoting the simplification of complex contexts..
• Promote consistent engineering practices and raise the technical level of teams on a daily basis.
• Support teams in defining and implementing solutions, helping to unblock technical issues and guiding critical decisions.
• Ensure alignment between technical decisions, business goals, and product vision.
• Contribute to building internal capabilities, enabling the team to work with modern technologies and more robust architectures.
• Ensure that delivered solutions are scalable, efficient, and sustainable in the long term.
So, you bring with you…
• A degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent.
• Solid experience (~10 years) in software development.
• Ability to take on a technical leadership role and ensure architectural alignment.
• Strong skills in defining scalable solutions and providing technical guidance to teams.
• Proficiency in object-oriented languages, preferably .NET.
• Ability to understand and collaborate on projects involving Outsystems (nice to have).
• Experience in front-end development with React.js.
• Strong knowledge of event-driven architectures and microservices.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and integration with identity systems such as Entra ID.
• Experience with PostgreSQL databases and using Git in collaborative environments.
• Familiarity with cloud environments, preferably GCP or Azure.
• Knowledge of observability tools such as Grafana and Prometheus.
• A proactive profile, with initiative and autonomy.
• Ability to listen, integrate feedback, and collaborate constructively.
• Strong sense of responsibility, ensuring full delivery of tasks and projects with rigor and quality.
