We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our Supply Chain team, and we believe we’ll be #betterwithyou!

We count on you to…

• Develop and implement analytical models and algorithms to solve real-world supply chain challenges involving cost trade-offs across multiple stakeholders;
• Analyze large volumes of operational data to identify patterns, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement;
• Build decision-support solutions by translating analytical insights into actionable recommendations for business teams;
• Design and validate management KPIs to continuously monitor and improve supply chain processes;
• Collaborate with cross-functional supply chain teams to understand business challenges and design analytical solutions aligned with operational realities;
• Present methodologies and results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clarity and supporting decision-making.

So, bring with you…

• 2 to 4 years of experience in analytical roles, ideally with exposure to Data Science, Advanced Analytics, or Business Analytics projects;
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field;
• Strong knowledge of applied Statistics (e.g., predictive models, time series analysis);
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis and model development;
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation;
• Ability to structure complex problems and translate them into robust analytical solutions;
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present technical findings to diverse audiences and provide actionable business recommendations;
• Previous experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or operational environments is a plus, but not a mandatory requirement;
• Strong analytical mindset and rigorous problem-solving skills;
• Curiosity to explore data beyond the obvious and challenge assumptions;
• Ability to independently manage projects from end to end, thriving in ambiguous environments;
• Collaborative mindset and eagerness to work closely with business teams.
