We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Loss, Security, and Operational Compliance team within the Operations Development Directorate, and we believe we will be #betterwithyou!
We count on you to…
• Analyze and monitor Front-Office exceptions (namely cancellations and returns);
• Develop analyses and reports to support decision-making;
• Monitor performance indicators and alert systems;
• Prepare and present structured content for different stakeholders;
• Identify improvement opportunities with a focus on process optimization and automation;
• Participate in the implementation of technological tools and analytical solutions (e.g., AI);
• Ensure operational follow-up when required.
So, bring with you… • Degree in Management, Economics, Engineering, or similar fields;
• Experience in the food retail sector (preferred);
• Knowledge of checkout/front-line operations (valued);
• Proficiency in analysis and reporting tools, namely Excel and PowerPoint;
• Knowledge of MicroStrategy and Artificial Intelligence (valued);
• Fluency in English;
• Driving license;
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills;
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Results-oriented mindset, proactivity, and sense of responsibility.
