We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Process Assurance team at MC Digital, in Maia, and we believe we will be #betterwithyou!

You will play an active role in initiatives that contribute to the development of our retail business, working closely with various areas of the company and acting as a change agent through business-driven technological initiatives.

We count on you to…

• Lead initiatives that ensure our processes are fit for purpose and meet all necessary execution requirements;

• Develop plans to identify and resolve non-conformities, ensuring the smooth operation of processes;

• Lead discussions with different areas of the company to promote continuous improvement and evolution of the solutions that support processes, using Lean or Six Sigma methodologies;

• Collaborate with technical and management teams to ensure the adoption of best practices in process execution.

So, bring with you… 

• A university degree, preferably in Information Systems, Management or Industrial Management;

• Experience in business process management, development, and continuous improvement;

• Excellent analytical, project management, structuring and strategic problem-solving skills;

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment;

• Intellectual curiosity and proactivity;

• Excellent oral and written communication, as well as presentation skills;

• Experience in the retail sector will be considered an advantage.
