We are looking for a Coordinator for the Central Merchandise Verification (CCM), joining the Operational Compliance area of the Loss, Security and Compliance team, based in Maia or Azambuja, and we believe we will be #betterwithyou.
This area is responsible for verifying the merchandise that is dispatched from our Distribution Centres to our Stores. The verification process ensures the accuracy of order preparation for our Stores by measuring error levels in the picking process. We are responsible for the day-to-day management of this verification process across four Logistics Hubs, as well as for developing management information to monitor business indicators and drive efficiency.

- Operational Supervision and Coordination: Ensure the supervision of the activities carried out by the verification team under your responsibility. Work effectively in demanding and high-pressure environments while maintaining a strong focus on results and team performance.
- Team Support and Motivation: Support and train team members based on best practices for verification within the Distribution Centre, ensuring that questions are addressed and motivating them in their day-to-day work. Your support will be essential in promoting a positive and productive working environment.
- Monitoring of KPIs (creation, analysis and reporting): Prepare, analyse and monitor relevant management indicators to support decision-making.

Knowledge of analytical/support tools (Excel, PowerPoint and MicroStrategy);
- Higher education, preferably in the fields of Logistics, Management, Economics or Engineering;

Driving licence (mandatory requirement);

English language knowledge (preferred);

Experience in Logistics Supervision roles or in Food Retail will be valued;

Goal-oriented mindset and strong sense of responsibility;

Strong communication and interpersonal skills;

Dynamism, resilience and proactivity;

Availability to travel.
