We are looking for an Area Coordinator to join our Infrastructure team, and we believe we will be #betterwithyou!
We count on you to…

Play a leadership role with responsibility for the infrastructure technology operations team and influence practices, with close communication through an ambitious technical vision as well as decision-making at critical moments;

Establish good practices and quality of operation;
-
Managing infrastructure service SLAs;
-
Managing incidents and problems, ensuring clear post-mortems and looking for automation mechanisms to increase reliability;
-
Collaborate with the architecture and delivery teams of infrastructure services in order to continuously improve services in production;
-
Collaborate with application support teams and understanding how customers are impacted, in the day-to-day management of infrastructure capabilities;
-
Operational management of contracts and relationships with external partners.

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Engineering or similar - essential to understand the complexity involved in IT architecture and to develop effective technological solutions that meet the needs of our organization;
-
More than 8 years' experience in implementing and/or operating infrastructure services - allows you to identify best practices and appropriate solutions for specific challenges;
-
More than 4 years of experience in coordinating technical teams for the implementation, management and operation of infrastructure technology solutions - essential for playing a central role of high complexity and pressure;
-
Solid technical background in the Infrastructure area with experience in critical operations - to guide the team and the development of skills that support an SRE practice.

Knowledge of infrastructure services based on distributed architectures - onpremises, hybrid and multi-cloud environments, Linux, Windows operating systems, networks, containers, K8s, relational databases (Oracle, SQL, Postgres).

Willingness to lead a team that supports a 24x7x365-day operation for MC's retail business based on a wide range of technology;
-
Knowledge and experience in agile methodologies - familiarity with agile methodologies, such as Scrum, is important so that you can promote collaboration between teams.
