We are looking for a AI Transformation Project Lead to join the Labs & AI Transformation team at MC Digital, and we believe we’ll be #betterwithyou!
We count on you...
- Lead the project for identifying, developing, validating and preparing artificial intelligence solutions for adoption at MC;
- Manage a matrixed and multidisciplinary team around the project’s objectives;
- Ensure compliance with process phases, timelines and quality standards for deliverables;
- Work directly with programme sponsors to align strategic priorities, initiatives and outcomes;
- Facilitate data-driven decision-making, ensuring visibility of progress, risks and impact;
- Promote coordination between technical and business teams, ensuring alignment and effective execution;
- Identify and mitigate risks throughout the programme, adapting the approach to uncertain contexts;
- Drive the adoption of developed solutions, ensuring rollout plans and stakeholder engagement;
- Monitor post-implementation results and ensure value capture;
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement within the project.

- Higher education degree;
- Experience leading structured programmes with defined timelines (transformation, innovation sprints, consulting projects or start-ups);
- Strong facilitation skills and leadership of multidisciplinary teams with varying levels of seniority;
- Effective management of senior stakeholders, including expectation setting, recommendations and organisational navigation;
- Ability to operate in highly uncertain and ambiguous environments;
- Analytical mindset with experience in success metrics, business cases, benefit quantification and validation of technological solutions;
- Functional knowledge of artificial intelligence concepts (including understanding of data-driven and machine learning solutions), enabling evaluation of feasibility, challenging assumptions and bridging technical and business teams;
- Experience translating business problems into structured opportunities and prioritising use cases (impact, effort, strategic alignment);
- Strong process discipline, ensuring compliance with stages, timelines and standards without compromising team engagement;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear documentation, executive summaries and adoption plans;
- Familiarity with change management and the ability to design practical rollout and adoption strategies beyond pilot phases.
