We are looking for a Deputy Head of Bazaar for our CONTINENTE MODELO store in the Madeira region and we believe we will be #betterwithyou.
Your responsibilities:
Ensure the management of the section and operational coordination of the team.
Guarantee the necessary procedures for the proper functioning of the section, quality service, ensuring excellent customer service.
Implement commercial strategies according to the guidelines of the Marketing, Space, and Commercial Departments.
Ensure the implementation of Campaigns and Fairs.
Monitor performance indicators of the area, particularly in terms of sales, losses, and stocks, to ensure the maximization of store results.
Coordinate the team to achieve sales goals and customer satisfaction.
What we expect from you:
Educational qualifications at the 12th-grade level or higher.
Professional experience in the area will be valued – it allows you to demonstrate practical knowledge of cash operations, customer service, and financial process management.
Team management skills – reflects the ability to motivate, delegate tasks, and resolve conflicts, essential aspects to maintain productivity and a good working environment.
Proficiency in Office tools, from a user perspective – indispensable for performing administrative tasks, such as preparing reports, organizing schedules, and communicating with the team.
