We are looking for STORE MANAGER for our note! team in LISBOA, and we believe that we will be #betterwithyou.


We count on you for...

  • Team Management and Training - You will be responsible for managing and motivating the team, ensuring that each member is prepared and aligned with the store's objectives. From recruitment and initial training to ongoing support and evaluation, you will aid in the professional development of the team, promoting engagement and creating a collaborative, supportive environment. Your mission will be to build a committed team focused on customer satisfaction and the store's success.
  • Customer Focus - Our mission is to offer a unique and quality shopping experience, and the role of the Store Manager is essential to ensure that every customer leaves satisfied. You will implement strategies that reinforce excellent customer service, fostering a proactive sales culture centered on customer needs. We want the note! experience to be remembered for its care and attention to customers, with you leading by example and inspiring the team.
  • Implementation of Communication and Visual Merchandising Strategies - The presentation and atmosphere of the store are essential to the customer experience. You will apply our communication and visual merchandising strategy, ensuring that the store is attractive and organized to facilitate purchases and highlight products. You will also be responsible for adapting promotional campaigns and creating inspiring layouts that reinforce the identity of note! and effectively promote the products.
  • Monitoring Business Indicators and Promoting Results - Efficient management requires closely tracking key performance indicators, such as sales volume, inventory levels, and customer satisfaction. You will monitor these KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and define strategies and actions to optimize store results. You will play an active role in developing plans to achieve sales objectives, reduce waste, and maximize the store's profitability.
  • Compliance with Company Processes and Procedures - note! has standards of excellence and rigor that ensure a quality experience for our customers. Part of your responsibility will be to ensure that all company processes and procedures are consistently followed, from receiving and managing stock to implementing hygiene and safety standards at work. You will be the guardian of compliance with the company standards, promoting an organized, safe environment that aligns with note! policies.

  • Higher Education (preferable) - A degree in areas such as Management, Marketing, or related fields, providing a solid foundation to face the challenges of management and leadership in a retail store.
  • Management and Leadership Skills - We are looking for someone who can inspire and lead teams, excelling in communication, conflict management, and the ability to motivate the team to achieve common goals.
  • Affinity for Bookstore, Stationery, and Gift Areas - A deep knowledge and interest in our products—from books and stationery to gifts—is essential for better understanding the customer and identifying opportunities to enhance our offerings.
  • Previous Experience in Similar Roles - We value experience in management positions within the retail sector or in sales areas, as it provides practical insight into store operations and the daily challenges of store management.
