We are looking for a SHIFT SUPERVISOR (M/F) to join our COZINHA CONTINENTE team in TELHEIRAS, and we believe we will be #betterwithyou

Operational Management of the Restaurant: Ensuring the restaurant runs efficiently, coordinating operations, and organizing daily activities.
Team Coordination and Motivation: Leading, assigning tasks, and motivating the team, creating a positive, quality-oriented work environment.
Excellence in Customer Service: Maintaining and implementing high-level service practices, providing each customer with a unique and welcoming experience.
Quality Standards and Procedure Control: Ensuring the correct application of operational procedures, hygiene, and safety standards (HACCP), guaranteeing that the service meets the established quality standards.

Passion for Hospitality: A genuine love for the field and a commitment to providing positive experiences for customers.
Professional Experience: Previous experience in hospitality is valued, especially in coordination and leadership roles.
Team Management Skills: The ability to lead, guide, and motivate the team, promoting collaboration and achieving goals.
Technical Knowledge: Preferably with knowledge in HACCP, Office tools, and management software such as Winrest.
Minimum Education: High school diploma (12th grade). We believe a solid education is essential for understanding operational processes and applying quality and hygiene standards. A high school education provides a critical foundation in skills such as communication, time management, and teamwork, essential for the effective performance of a Shift Supervisor.
