We are looking for a Receptionist to join our Co-Lab, in Amadora, and we believe we will be #betterwithyou!
We count on you to…
- Customer Service: Welcoming testers, managing the attendance list and order of arrival (ensuring a warm and professional reception);
- Database Management: Sending invitations for activities at the Co-lab Center;
- Test Payment Management: Ensuring monthly payments to the testers;
- Communication: Managing occasional phone contacts and emails, filtering and directing as necessary;
- Receiving Goods: Receiving, organizing samples, and informing recipients;
- Space Agenda Coordination: Assisting in managing the space and equipment schedule;
- Space Management: Ensuring that the reception and common areas are always clean and organized, coordinating with the cleaning and maintenance team, and ensuring the proper functioning of equipment.

- Effective Communication Skills: The role requires constant interaction, so clear and effective communication is crucial to ensure efficient and friendly service;
- Organization and Prioritization Skills to Manage Multiple Tasks and Priorities in a Dynamic Environment: This skill is key to ensuring the workflow remains efficient without compromising the quality of service;
- Problem-Solving Ability: The professional may face unforeseen situations, so the ability to identify quick and effective solutions is essential to maintain an uninterrupted workflow and ensure customer and colleague satisfaction;
- Proficiency in Technology and the Ability to Learn New Systems: Familiarity with technological tools as well as the ability to quickly learn new systems ensures effective performance and error-free execution of daily tasks;
