We are looking for a Project Manager Trainee to join our Project Management team, in Carnaxide, and we believe we will be #betterwithyou!
We count on you to…
- Track and monitor the progress of projects, with a focus on POCs (Proof of Concept);
- Ensure that all project-related tasks are completed within the established timelines;
- Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders, including technical teams, stakeholders, and clients;
- Ensure that project requirements and deliverables are met according to expectations;
- Identify and resolve issues related to project activities, actively seeking solutions;
- Maintain up-to-date project documentation, progress reports, and task status;
- Organize follow-up meetings and ensure alignment among all involved in the project.

- A background in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields – the education provides a solid foundation in the principles and practices of project management, making the candidate familiar with essential methodologies;
- Interest in learning about POCs, researching suppliers in the market that can implement initiatives – having interest is an important skill, as the candidate will need to understand how POCs work, how to test ideas and solutions in a controlled and measurable way, and research suppliers who can implement solutions for the POC;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills – communication is essential for any project management role, as it serves as the point of intermediation between various stakeholders, and it is crucial to ensure the efficient transmission of information, avoiding misunderstandings;
- Ability to prioritize and track tasks to completion – one of the main responsibilities will be to monitor task progress, making these skills essential to keep the workflow on track and ensure that the project is delivered on time;
- Initiative and ability to work autonomously – the candidate should be able to identify areas for improvement and proactively address issues, seek new tools, and make decisions based on data and context.
