We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Project Management team, in Carnaxide, and we believe we will be #betterwithyou!
We count on you to…
- Facilitate the requirements gathering process, ensuring that client needs are well understood and translated into viable technological solutions;
- Manage the relationship with clients in IT projects, ensuring that expectations are aligned and the services offered meet functional requirements;
- Challenge technical solutions presented by the IT team, questioning feasibility, cost-effectiveness, and operational impact, always focused on improving business experience and efficiency;
- Prepare functional documentation, detailing requirements, specifications, and process flows (when justified);
- Lead communication between the client and development and implementation teams, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed about project progress;
- Participate in project planning and solution assessment meetings, focusing on ensuring that business needs remain central to technical decisions;
- Act resiliently and proactively in problem-solving and managing expectations, ensuring the delivery of solutions that add value;
- Identify, mitigate, and manage risks, proposing solutions to potential issues before they impact results;
- Facilitate change management, ensuring that all documents and training sessions are identified and completed before the GO live.

- Higher education in areas related to Information Technology, Management, Engineering, or similar – This education provides a fundamental technical and analytical foundation essential for solving complex problems, understanding technological systems, and adopting a process-oriented approach.
- Experience in requirements gathering, business analysis, and IT project management – Experience in areas such as requirements gathering and business analysis is vital for understanding and documenting client needs, while project management provides knowledge about timelines and resources.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to translate technical terms into accessible language – This competency allows the professional to convey technical ideas in an understandable way for all business areas, ensuring clear understanding among teams.
- Empathy and interpersonal skills, facilitating interaction with diverse teams and stakeholders – Interpersonal skills facilitate collaboration with different teams and promote a more harmonious work environment.
- Organization and attention to detail – Attention to detail is essential to ensure that all technical and business aspects are carefully considered and documented.
- In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies (Scrum, Agile, Waterfall) – Familiarity with project management methodologies empowers the professional to choose and apply the most suitable approach based on the project's nature and objectives.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously – The capability to handle multiple projects ensures that the professional can meet deadlines without compromising quality.
- Solution-oriented mindset that addresses business needs, with resilience and a proactive attitude towards challenges – Being client-oriented facilitates the delivery of relevant and customized solutions that add value to the business.
- Critical thinking, adaptability, and learning in new contexts, with strong teamwork skills – Critical thinking supports problem-solving and informed decision-making, adaptability and learning capacity enable effective responses to changing business and project needs, while teamwork enhances collaboration and innovation.
