We are looking for a Product Development Specialist to join our Health Insurance team, in Carnaxide, and we believe we will be #betterwithyou!


We count on you to…

  • Coordinate the execution of KeepWells’ roadmap in alignment with the insurance partner and internal teams;
  • Ensure communication of commercial and financial performance with internal and external teams;
  • Promote the competitiveness of KeepWells’ value proposition, primarily through collaboration with the various brands of MC;
  • Develop commercial campaigns and product/channel priorities;
  • Create sales support materials tailored to the specific distribution channels (web/phone/physical);
  • PMO for the brand’s projects.

  • Higher academic education in Management, Economics, Marketing, or similar fields – Academic training in these areas provides a solid foundation essential for coordinating product development, understanding financial performance, and formulating effective commercial strategies;
  • Analytical ability applied to business (P&L and commercial indicators) – This capability is crucial for evaluating the commercial and financial performance of KeepWells, enabling the interpretation of reports and monitoring of key performance indicators;
  • Experience in Project Management/PMO (preferred) – This is fundamental for coordinating the execution of KeepWells’ roadmap, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget;
  • Strong communication and analytical skills, along with empathy and stakeholder management – Communication skills are essential to ensure that needs and concerns are addressed;
  • Energy, resilience, and results orientation – Challenges may arise, so maintaining motivation in a dynamic environment helps keep focus on goals and objectives, driving the success of initiatives;
  • Creativity, autonomy, and proactivity – Creativity is vital for developing innovative campaigns and competitive value propositions, while autonomy and proactivity allow for initiative in projects, contributing original solutions, and quickly adapting to market needs and distribution channels.
