We're looking for a Health & Safety Technician for our Occupational Health and Safety team, and we believe we’ll be #betterwithyou!
Reporting to the Area Coordinator for Occupational Health and Safety, this person will be responsible for carrying out activities that ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety legislation, thereby contributing to the physical and psychological well-being of employees in the workplace.
We count on you to:
- Develop processes for assessing occupational risks;
- Monitor the implementation of corrective measures and prevention/protection activities against occupational health and safety risks;
- Collaborate in the processes of informing and training employees and other stakeholders in the workplace;
- Conduct hygiene and safety audits across various business units;
- Plan and conduct emergency drills across various business units;
- Develop self-protection measures and monitor the implementation of existing ones;
- Supervise the work performed by service provider companies;
- Develop the company's relationships with official institutions;
- Collaborate in identifying and implementing legal obligations in the field of occupational health and safety;
- Ensure the organization of the documentation necessary for managing prevention within the company.

- Higher education in Engineering, Industrial Management, Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Health, or similar areas- Essential to ensure theoretical and practical knowledge;
- Level V Occupational Health and Safety Technician Certificate (CAP)- Necessary to perform specific health and safety functions;
- Trainer Certificate (CAP)- Important for conducting internal training;
- Proficiency in computer tools from a user perspective- Fundamental for managing safety documentation and reports;
- Strong analytical skills, organizational sense, and results orientation- Essential for identifying risks and implementing effective solutions;
- Dynamism, proactivity, and intellectual curiosity- Important for anticipating problems and promoting continuous improvements;
- High sense of ethics and professional integrity- Necessary to ensure legal and moral compliance in safety practices;
- Ease of interpersonal relationships and teamwork capacity- Crucial for effectively collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders.
