We are looking for an E-commerce Operations Specialist to join our Operations & Processes team, in Carnaxide, and we believe we will be #betterwithyou!


We count on you to…

  • Order Control and Management (monitor and track the order cycle, ensuring that orders are processed, shipped, and delivered efficiently and on time);
  • Operational Control of Preparation and Distribution (oversee operations from order preparation to logistics distribution);
  • Reverse Logistics and Returns (ensuring customer satisfaction and the proper return of products into inventory);
  • Customer Management (analyze and respond to customer inquiries and issues related to this sales channel);
  • Identification and Implementation of Improvement Opportunities (identify areas for optimization, proposing and implementing solutions);
  • Partner Management (ensuring proper operational support and management of partnerships related to the sales channel).
