At Cozinha Continente, we offer ready-to-eat meals, either to enjoy on the spot or take home, prepared with the best ingredients. From traditional dishes to wood-fired pizzas and charcoal-grilled items, our restaurants have a diverse menu for every moment of the day.

Ensure the smooth operation of Cozinha Continente: Comply with and ensure the execution of all operational procedures so that the space operates efficiently and in an organized manner.
Ensure Quality in Service: Provide an excellent customer experience, valuing friendliness, speed, and attention to detail that make a difference.
Maintain Service Quality: Work to ensure that all products and services offered meet the established quality standards.
Prepare and Cook Dishes: Carry out the preparation and cooking of food according to technical sheets, ensuring consistent flavor, presentation, and quality.
Maintain and Clean Equipment: Ensure the cleanliness and conservation of equipment, utensils, and raw materials, in order to maintain the organization and safety of the kitchen.
Comply with Food Safety Standards (HACCP): Rigorously apply hygiene and food safety standards, promoting a safe environment that adheres to best practices.

Passion for the Restaurant Industry: We value a genuine interest and affinity for the restaurant sector, with a focus on providing a quality experience to customers.
Professional Experience: Previous experience in restaurant roles is preferred; we value practical knowledge that can enrich the team.
Technical Knowledge: Skills in HACCP are essential. We also value knowledge of Office tools and Winrest software.
Professional Training: Technical-professional training in restaurant/hospitality is a plus, as is any specific training in food safety.
Organization and Proactivity: Ability to manage time and maintain an organized workspace, even during busier periods.
Teamwork: Good collaboration and communication skills, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
