Higher education in Management, Economics or similar areas - this is necessary to ensure that you understand the context and economic implications of purchasing decisions;

Negotiation skills and analytical ability - Negotiation allows you to obtain the best conditions from suppliers. Analytical skills complement negotiation, allowing you to compare proposals, analyze market data, evaluate performance indicators and make informed decisions;
Ability to solve diverse challenges and adapt to different stakeholders - Adaptability is essential for adjusting to the styles and demands of different stakeholders, while problem-solving skills are necessary for dealing with unforeseen events that may arise during the purchasing process;
Strategic thinking - Strategic thinking allows you to align your decisions with the company's long-term objectives;
Proficiency in English - in a globalized market, you will often deal with international suppliers. Proficiency in English will enable you to perform your duties better;
