We count on you to:

Leadership and Team Management Skills: To ensure efficient daily operations, we need someone who not only assigns tasks but inspires the team, aligns with objectives, and solves problems with speed and flexibility. The ability to develop and motivate each team member is essential for success.
Organization and Planning: You’ll be responsible for setting priorities and ensuring resources and time are used effectively, promoting an organized and functional section.

Quality Focus: Strong attention to detail and rigorous implementation of procedures is essential. This includes everything from food hygiene and safety standards to guaranteeing quality in the service provided.
Process Management: Contribute to process improvements, optimizing the workflow in the section and ensuring that all products and services meet excellence standards.

Customer Focus: We are looking for someone with a strong customer orientation, able to understand and anticipate their needs, responding proactively and personally. The ability to connect with different customer profiles and build trust is indispensable.
Effective Communication: It's important to communicate clearly and empathetically, facilitating a positive shopping experience and instilling confidence in customers.

Performance Indicators Analysis and Management: You’ll need to analyze and interpret sales, stock, and loss data to make informed decisions that promote the success of the section and store. Data analysis skills are essential to identify opportunities and areas of improvement.
Results Orientation: We are looking for someone with a proactive approach, focused on goals and objectives, adjusting strategies to maximize profitability and section efficiency.

Over two years of professional experience in the Butchery area: We value your ability to operate and lead with practical knowledge, ensuring that all products and services meet quality expectations.
Higher education: We seek candidates who demonstrate commitment to their personal and professional development, with an educational background that adds strategic value and adaptability.
Experience as a team leader: It’s important that you not only lead but also manage conflicts and motivate the team, fostering a positive work environment that values individual and collective contributions.
Proficiency in MS Office tools for user-level tasks: With MS Office proficiency, we’re looking for someone who can use these tools to report results, analyze data, and support decision-making.
Analytical skills: We expect you to analyze information critically, identify patterns and trends, and make data-based decisions to increase efficiency and results.
