We are looking for a BUSINESS ANALYST TRAINEE for our FRANCHISING & MEU SUPER – CLIENT MANAGEMENT team and we believe we will be #betterwithyou!

We count on you to...

• Assist in the organization and monitor the administrative processes related to franchises, namely with regard to organizing and keeping the documents and contracts of the franchisees up to date.
• Support the team in performance analysis, preparing reports and support indicators.
• Collaborate with the team in communicating and supporting franchisees, ensuring that the franchisor's guidelines are properly transmitted and implemented.
• Ensure compliance with deadlines and operational processes.
• Assist in the coordination of training and the dissemination of good operational practices among franchises, strengthening our brand as a whole;
• Support in continuous improvement projects in franchise management, identifying possible areas of optimization.
