About Logistics Every day, our Logistics team supplies Portugal. The warehouse teams receive products from suppliers and sort orders for stores or customers across the country. This process happens quickly, safely, and with the support of advanced technology.
Your Main Challenges: Distribution Flow Support: You will manage the distribution, supporting operations and transport partners.
Process Monitoring and Auditing: You will monitor and audit distribution processes to identify improvements and ensure compliance.
Continuous Improvement Promotion: You will have the opportunity to identify and implement operational improvements, promoting efficiency and effectiveness across all areas.
Handling Claims and Incidents: You will control incidents as they arise during the day and manage related complaints.
Direct Contact with Cross-Functional Teams: You will ensure good relationships between various stakeholders in the Logistics Chain.
Monitoring Key Indicators: You will be responsible for analyzing data and operational indicators related to the Transport operations.
 

What You Bring:
Educational Background: We value higher education in Management, Logistics, and Distribution, but we also believe that practical experience and a willingness to learn are equally important.
Availability for Rotating Shifts: We are looking for someone who can work with rotating shifts and days off, adapting to the operational needs.
Analytical Skills, Precision, and Critical Thinking: We value candidates who can critically analyze situations, find effective solutions, and make agile decisions.
Communication Skills: The ability to communicate clearly and effectively is essential for success in this role, especially in dealing with colleagues and suppliers.
