We are looking for an E-COMMERCE TRANSPORT ASSISTANT to join our LOGISTICS team, and we believe we’ll be #betterwithyou.
 

Every day, our Logistics team supplies Portugal. Distribution center teams receive products from suppliers and sort orders bound for stores or customers across the country, ensuring a swift and secure process with the help of advanced technology.
 

Get to know your main challenges:
Transport Operations Support: You will perform essential activities to ensure the smooth operation of our e-commerce transport service, ensuring everything runs as planned.
Vehicle Routing Support: You will play an active role in planning and organizing vehicle routes, ensuring paths are optimized for efficiency and timeliness.
Complaint Process Management: You will proactively manage complaint processes, ensuring customer concerns are addressed quickly and effectively.
Direct Contact with Transport Partners: You will maintain close contact with partners, promoting fluid communication and ensuring all stakeholders are aligned.
Continuous Improvement Promotion: You’ll have the opportunity to identify and implement improvements within operations, fostering a high-efficiency, effective service environment.

 

Bring with you…
Educational Qualifications: Minimum required schooling. Academic education is valued, but we also believe that practical experience and a willingness to learn are equally important.
Availability for Rotating Schedules: We are looking for someone who can work with rotating schedules and days off, adapting to operational needs.
Computer Skills: User-level computer skills are essential to perform your duties smoothly.
Communication: The ability to communicate clearly and effectively is essential to success in this role, especially in relationships with colleagues, suppliers, and customers.
Planning and Organization: We need someone skilled in planning and organizing their work effectively, always maintaining precision in their activities.
Teamwork and Interpersonal Skills: The ability to work as part of a team and maintain good interpersonal relationships is crucial to operational success.
