Demonstrate leadership and team management skills: To ensure efficient daily operations, we need someone who doesn’t just assign tasks but inspires the team, ensures alignment with goals, and solves problems with agility and flexibility. The ability to develop and motivate each team member is key to success.
Work effectively in demanding environments, maintaining focus on results and on the team.
Organization and planning: You’ll be responsible for setting priorities and ensuring that resources and time are used efficiently.
Handle various stakeholders: You’ll interact with different departments, external partners, and customers.
Performance indicators: Monitor and analyze performance metrics, propose and implement corrective actions; ensure the achievement of defined goals and KPIs (efficiency, productivity, quality, etc.).

Educational background: A university degree (preferred);
Team leadership experience: Beyond just leading, you should know how to manage conflicts and motivate your team, creating a positive work environment that values individual and collective contributions.
Experience in section/department management (preferred);
Proficiency in MS Office tools: We’re looking for someone who can use these tools to report results, analyze data, and support decision-making.
Analytical skills: We expect you to critically analyze information, identify patterns and trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve efficiency and results.
Strong resilience and ability to perform under pressure, in dynamic and demanding environments;
Passion for operations and hands-on work;
Availability: Our operations run from 6 a.m. to midnight, every day of the week, so schedule flexibility is essential.
