We are looking for a People Manager to join our Health Wellness and Beauty team, and we believe we will be #betterwithyou!
We are counting on you to…
• Ensure the deployment of the People strategy into an action plan within our Wells operations, collaborating closely with the entire management team;
• Oversee the People process cycle (Salary Review, KPIs, Performance Evaluation, Talent Mapping);
• Design and implement initiatives that promote talent attraction and retention;
• Promote internal mobility based on our people’s aspirations;
• Identify training and development needs, presenting appropriate training proposals;
• Manage and control the People budget for this area;
• Ensure that labor processes are conducted in accordance with current legal regulations and internal policies;
• Mediate and manage interpersonal relationships.
So, bring with you…
• Academic background in Psychology, Management, or Human Resources Management;
• More than 5 years of experience in HR roles and/or experience as a People Business Partner;
• Dynamism, autonomy, and proactivity;
• Knowledge of labor legislation;
• Strong communication, influence, and interpersonal skills;
• Analytical skills;
• Critical mindset, willingness to make a difference and improve every day!
