We are looking for a People Manager for our Operations MC – Continente Modelo team, and we believe we’ll be #betterwithyou!

 

We count on you to...

  • Ensuring the implementation of HR processes in alignment with HR policies and the strategic business guidelines;
  • Talent Management and Development: Evaluating promotions, internal mobility, skill development, training needs, attraction, and retention;
  • Monitoring the People process cycle (Salary Reviews, KPIs, Performance Evaluations, Talent Mapping);
  • Managing and controlling the People budget for the area;
  • Ensuring that labor processes are conducted in accordance with current legal regulations and internal policies;
  • Analyzing and overseeing indicators related to people management, supporting teams in their follow-up.

 

So, bring with you:

  • Academic background in Psychology, Management, HR Management, or similar - Important for understanding and effectively managing human resources;
  • More than 5 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in operations - Essential for applying practical knowledge and solving daily challenges;
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office;
  • Knowledge of labor legislation;
  • A driver’s license and availability to travel within the southern region of the country (mandatory);
  • Strong communication, influence, and interpersonal skills - Key to leading and motivating teams;
  • Dynamism, autonomy, and proactivity;
  • Analytical skills and a focus on achieving objectives;
  • Critical thinking, a desire to make a difference, and to improve every day.
