We are looking for People Manager to join our team ZU, and we believe we will be #betterwithyou!


We count on you to...

  • Develop, support, and monitor the teams on the ground, ensuring regular operational visits and preparation of respective visit reports.
  • Carry out all activities related to Recruitment & Selection of various profiles: preparation and publication of job advertisements, sourcing, interviews, hiring, and onboarding (candidate follow-up).
  • Train and support store managers in scheduling (time and shift management).
  • Ensure and monitor the management and maintenance of the employee life cycle (contract management; monthly incentive plan and communication).
  • Ensure the implementation of HR processes in alignment with HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor legislation in the teams and strategic business guidelines.
  • Talent Management and Development: promotion evaluations, internal mobility, skills development, and training needs analysis.
  • Monitor and analyze key People KPIs essential for business management and decision support (staff cost ratio, productivity/FTE, absenteeism).

 

So, bring with you:

  • Training in Human Resources, Psychology or similar - Essential to ensure the understanding of processes and needs in team management. 
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Human Resources Management - Important to ensure a practical and effective approach to team development and management. 
  • Experience in leadership and team management - Essential to foster a motivating and productive work environment, ensuring good performance. 
  • Knowledge of tools such as MS Office, SAP HR, SuccessFactors, and WFM - Important to optimize process management and improve decision-making efficiency. 
  • Driver’s license and availability for travel within the country (mandatory) - To ensure mobility and continuous support for teams and operations in different locations. 
  • Planning, organization, dynamism, and accuracy - Vital to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. 
  • Strong analytical skills and critical thinking;
  •  Dynamism, proactivity, and focus on achieving objectives; 
  • Strong ethical sense and confidentiality
  •  Empathy and active listening.
