We are looking for an OPERATIONS MANAGER for our BAGGA team and we believe we will be #betterwithyou.
We're counting on you to…
- Ensure the implementation and monitoring of operational projects and initiatives in BAGGA stores, ensuring their execution in accordance with the guidelines defined by the Operations Department.
- Promote effective communication between the structure and store teams, ensuring the correct dissemination of information, best practices, and operational procedures.
- Support the definition and execution of collaboration protocols with partner entities, ensuring their application in store operations.
- Monitor the implementation of processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement, contributing to the efficiency and consistency of operations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary internal teams (Legal, Marketing, Human Resources, etc.) to implement initiatives that impact stores.
- Monitor operational indicators and propose corrective actions that enhance quality and the in-store experience.

- Higher Education (preferred) - Higher education in areas such as Management, Marketing, or related fields, which provide a solid foundation for facing the challenges of management and leadership in a retail store.
- Management and Leadership Skills - We are looking for someone with the ability to inspire and lead teams, who stands out for their communication skills, conflict management, and the ability to motivate the team to achieve common goals.
- Previous Experience in Similar Roles - We value experience in management positions in the retail sector or in sales areas, as it provides a practical understanding of operations and the daily challenges of store management.
