Manage and coordinate the area and respective operational team
Leadership and Team Management Skills: To ensure efficient daily operations, we need someone who not only distributes tasks but inspires the team, ensures alignment with objectives, and solves problems quickly and flexibly. The ability to develop and motivate each team member is essential for success.
Organization and Planning: You will be responsible for setting priorities and ensuring that resources and time are used effectively, promoting an organized and functional section.
Ensure the excellent functioning of the area and quality of service
Quality Orientation: Strong attention to detail and rigorous implementation of procedures are crucial. This includes compliance with hygiene and food safety standards and ensuring quality in the service provided.
Process Management: Contribute to process improvement, optimizing the workflow of the section and ensuring that all products and services meet excellence standards.
Ensure excellent customer service
Customer Orientation: We are looking for someone with a strong customer focus, capable of understanding and anticipating their needs, responding proactively and personally. The ability to deal with different customer profiles and build a trust relationship is indispensable.
Effective Communication: It is important to communicate clearly and empathetically, facilitating a positive shopping experience and conveying confidence to customers.
Analyze indicators (Sales, Breakages, and Stocks)
Performance Indicator Analysis and Management: You will need to analyze and interpret sales, stock, and breakage data to make informed decisions that promote the success of the area and the store. Analytical skills are essential to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
Results Orientation: We are looking for someone with a proactive approach, focused on objectives and goals, adjusting strategies to maximize profitability and efficiency in the sector.

Previous leadership experience of more than 2 years in the food area (preferred): We value your ability to operate and lead with practical knowledge, ensuring that all products and services remain in compliance with quality expectations.
Higher education: We seek candidates who demonstrate commitment to their personal and professional development, with an educational background that brings strategic value and adaptability.
Experience as a team leader: It is important that, in addition to leading, you know how to manage conflicts and motivate the team, developing a positive work environment that values individual and collective contributions.
Proficiency in MS Office tools from a user perspective: With proficiency in MS Office, we are looking for someone who knows how to use these tools to report results, analyze data, and support decision-making.
Analytical skills: We expect you to critically analyze information, identify patterns and trends, and make data-based decisions to increase efficiency and results.
