We are looking for a Trainee to join our Field Operations team at Elergone's Directorate, and we believe that together we’ll be #betterwithyou!

We count on you to...

• Monitoring the performance of photovoltaic power plants (performance tracking and anomaly detection);
• Supporting the development and implementation of new solutions for remote monitoring of the plants;
• Assisting with preventive and corrective maintenance, in collaboration with the on-site technical team;
• Preparing technical maintenance and performance reports;
• Analyzing energy data and efficiency indicators of the installations;
• Supporting the technical documentation management of the plants (technical sheets, maintenance plans, etc.);
• Collaborating on continuous improvement and system optimization projects.

So, bring with you...

• A degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a similar field (preferred) – Important to ensure a solid technical foundation for performing the role;
• Interest in solar photovoltaic energy and maintenance – Essential to ensure motivation and engagement in daily activities;
• Basic knowledge of photovoltaic systems, electricity and/or instrumentation – Relevant to support in analysis, maintenance and anomaly detection;
• Knowledge of Excel, monitoring tools and technical software (e.g., PVsyst, SCADA – valued);
• Strong communication skills, team spirit, and a sense of responsibility;
• A valid driver’s license.
