We count on you to:
Ensure section management: You will be responsible for coordinating the operation of the bazar section, ensuring that the team works efficiently and harmoniously. This includes the proper distribution of tasks, supervision of daily activities and monitoring of section results, ensuring that all processes comply with established standards.
Guarantee service quality: You will implement and supervise procedures to ensure excellent customer service. It is essential to ensure that all team members have the necessary skills and are motivated, providing a positive shopping experience that promotes customer loyalty. You will also be responsible for handling complaints or feedback, always aiming for total customer satisfaction.
Coordinate campaigns and fairs: You will ensure the effective execution of campaigns and promotional fairs by organising logistics and coordinating the team so that everything runs smoothly. This may involve advance preparation of materials, team training on campaigns and monitoring sales during these events to ensure commercial objectives are achieved.
Monitor performance indicators: You will analyse sales, shrinkage and stock data. Using analysis tools, you will identify patterns and trends, enabling the implementation of corrective or improvement actions. Continuous monitoring will ensure the section meets its targets and contributes to the store’s overall results.
What you should bring:
Academic background: We are looking for candidates with education at 12th grade level or higher, with a solid knowledge base to perform this role.
Professional experience: We value more than 2 years of experience in the area, as this will allow you to deal more effectively with challenges. Strong knowledge of bazar section operations and retail dynamics will be an important advantage.
Leadership experience: Experience in team management is highly valued. We want an assistant manager who can inspire and motivate colleagues, promoting an environment where everyone feels valued and committed to achieving store goals.
MS Office proficiency: User-level knowledge of Office tools is essential, as you will use them for reporting, data analysis and internal communication. Excel skills, for example, will facilitate performance indicator analysis.
Analytical skills: Your ability to analyse data and make informed recommendations will be crucial. We need someone who can interpret numbers and turn them into practical strategies that benefit the section and the store as a whole.
Customer orientation: We are looking for someone with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, attentive to consumer needs and able to adapt section operations accordingly. Team motivation and results must always be aligned with the customer experience.
