We’re a stationery store focused on school essentials, complemented by gifts for all (books, toys, and gifts) and practical services (copies and prints, postal services, among others).

If you have…
A strong sales orientation and genuine customer focus: Our top priority is the customer. We seek candidates with sales skills who also listen and understand customer needs.

 

Experience in specialized retail or commercial areas (preferred): We believe experience in retail environments, especially in stationery or stores that sell school and office products, is a significant advantage. This experience helps you better understand sales dynamics, customer expectations, and daily challenges in a store.

 

Goal-oriented mindset: Our store’s success depends on the team’s performance. We look for people with a results-driven mentality, motivated to exceed sales targets and see meeting goals as a way to contribute to collective success.

 

Communication skills and team spirit: Effective communication is essential, both in customer service and when interacting with colleagues. We value an environment where collaboration and respect are standard. We want you to feel comfortable sharing ideas and suggestions, contributing to a positive and productive workplace.

 

Availability for rotating schedules: Our business is dynamic, and customer flow can vary. Therefore, we need flexible individuals who can adapt to different shifts, including weekends and holidays.

At least a high school diploma: We believe that academic background ensures candidates have a solid knowledge base that facilitates communication and understanding of the products we sell.

 

Passion for pens, pencils, notebooks, books, games, and the entire note! universe: Passion for what we do is contagious. We’re looking for people who enjoy selling products and who also have an interest in them and understand what makes them special.
