We count on you for:

Management and coordination of the section and operational team
Leadership and Team Management Skills: To ensure an efficient daily operation, we need someone who not only delegates tasks but inspires the team, ensures alignment with objectives, and resolves issues swiftly and flexibly. The ability to develop and motivate each team member is essential for success.
Organization and Planning: You will be responsible for setting priorities and ensuring resources and time are used effectively, promoting an organized and functional section.
Ensuring the excellent operation of the section and service quality
Quality Orientation: A strong attention to detail and rigorous procedure implementation is crucial. This includes compliance with hygiene and food safety standards and ensuring quality service.
Process Management: Contribute to process improvements, optimizing the section's workflow and ensuring that all products and services meet excellence standards.
Ensuring excellent customer service
Customer Orientation: We seek someone with a strong customer focus, capable of understanding and anticipating their needs, responding proactively and personally. The ability to work with different customer profiles and build trust is essential.
Effective Communication: Clear and empathetic communication is key to creating a positive shopping experience and instilling confidence in customers.
Indicator Analysis (Sales, Shrinkage, and Stock)
Performance Indicator Analysis and Management: You will need to analyze and interpret sales, stock, and shrinkage data to make informed decisions that promote the section's and store's success. Data analysis skills are essential to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
Results Orientation: We seek someone with a proactive approach, focused on objectives and goals, adjusting strategies to maximize the section's profitability and efficiency.
