We are looking for a Stock Analyst to join our Franchising & Meu Super team, and we believe we’ll be #betterwithyou!

We count on you to… 
•Monitor the actual performance of the business, with a critical analysis of the available information;
•Track sales performance, market share, and market trends;
•Provide monthly reports to the business units and the MC Leadership Committee;
•Coordinate the budgeting process for MC.

So, bring with you…
•Academic background in Management, Applied Mathematics/Statistics or Engineering – to ensure a solid foundation in quantitative reasoning and analytical structure;
•Previous experience in stock management, planning, procurement or data analysis – to understand logistical flows and anticipate operational needs;
•Familiarity with the food retail sector (hypermarkets, supermarkets, etc.) – to tailor decisions to the pace, complexity and specificities of the business;
•Proficiency in Excel and SQL – to handle and analyse large volumes of data efficiently and independently;
•Strong analytical, planning and problem-solving skills – to interpret trends, forecast behaviours and act based on data;
•Dynamism and communication skills – to interact effectively with different stakeholders and respond to changing scenarios;
•Critical thinking and decision-making ability – to evaluate alternatives and propose well-founded solutions;
•Priority management – to operate effectively in dynamic contexts and with defined deadlines;
•Proficiency in English.
