We are looking for a Commercial Manager Trainee for our Health & Beauty division, based in Carnaxide, and we believe we will be #betterwithyou!

You will join a team that contributes to the optimization of the portfolio, customer experience, and market space, supporting the execution of the commercial strategy and learning how to manage product categories within the commercial area.

• Support the execution of the commercial strategy, aligned with business objectives;
• Participate in managing and developing relationships with suppliers and partners;
• Follow sales growth and profitability projects, learning about performance analysis;
• Contribute to results analysis and identification of improvement opportunities;
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Digital teams;
• Support forecast management, budgets, and results reporting;
• Identify opportunities for innovation and portfolio expansion.

• A higher education degree in Management, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, Psychology, or similar areas;
• Enthusiasm to learn, experiment, and contribute to the commercial area;
• A commercial mindset with customer and results orientation;
