We are looking for a Category Planner Trainee to join our Commercial Food and Fresh team, and we believe we’ll be #betterwithyou!

We count on you to…
•   Support the Category Management team in all its components: product range, pricing and promotion, negotiation, product quality, innovation, communication and processes.
•   Manage cross-functional business projects.
•   Support the review and management of assortments.
•   Analyse the results of business management projects.
•   Prepare the Strategic and Tactical Plan of the Business Unit.
•   Monitor the business’s strategic initiatives.

So, bring with you…
•   A university degree in Management, Economics or other fields with a financial component, essential for understanding the business’s economic dynamics and supporting well-founded strategic decisions.
•  Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, fundamental for analyzing data, building decision-support models and ensuring accuracy in information management.
•  Strong communication skills and initiative to interact effectively with different departments within the company.
•  Focus, proactivity and a results-oriented mindset, indispensable for identifying opportunities, anticipating challenges and actively contributing to category growth.
