We are looking for a Brand Manager to join our Optics & Audiology team, and we believe we will be #betterwithyou!
Wells is Sonae MC’s health, well-being, and optics brand, with a growing and strategic presence in the areas of Optics, Audiology, and Insurance.
Marketing plays a central role in brand building, customer relationships, and the sustained growth of the business, ensuring consistency, relevance, and impact across all touchpoints.
We are counting on you to…
• Ensure, for a 12-month period, the management of the brand and communication of these categories, contributing to the strategic definition and operational implementation of ongoing initiatives;
• Implement the brand and communication strategy for Wells Optics, Audiology, and Insurance, aligned with business objectives – a challenge with real impact and strong business exposure, within a market-leading brand;
• Plan and execute 360º campaigns (ATL, digital, CRM, and point of sale);
• Ensure coordination with agencies, suppliers, and internal teams – this role reports directly to the Head of Marketing for Optics, Audiology, and Insurance, working closely with internal teams and external partners;
• Manage the communication calendar and oversee multiple projects simultaneously;
• Ensure brand consistency, creative quality, and rigor in execution;
• Monitor results, reporting, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
So, bring with you…
• A university degree in Marketing, Management, or a related field;
• At least 5 years of professional experience in marketing or brand management roles, including proven results in digital marketing;
• Experience in brand, retail, healthcare, or agency environments (valued);
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects in parallel;
• Strong sense of responsibility, autonomy, and results orientation;
• Ability to work across both planning and execution;
• Availability to work under a fixed-term contract.
