We’re looking for a Trainee to join our Product Development and Purchasing team for Wells’ private label eyewear brand, and we believe we’ll be #betterwithyou!

We count on you to...

Participating and collaborating in projects focused on the automation, optimization, and improvement of the following processes:

• Article creation: Gathering, collecting, and registering product information for technical sheets, product catalogues, and the online store, aiming to improve management data quality;
• Import process: Developing an automated dashboard for order placement and follow-up throughout the import process;
• Sales and stock: Analyzing and estimating sales and stock needs, improving data visualization dashboards, suggesting purchase orders, analyzing trends and identifying product needs to support product development and eyewear collections;
• Online: Ensuring accurate and timely product listings on the online store, with the goal of boosting sales in this channel;
• Collaborating and coordinating with cross-functional internal teams, including Commercial, Stock Management, Online and Digital.

So, bring with you...

• A university degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics or related fields;
• Genuine interest in Project Management;
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel;
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
• Critical thinking and the ability to manage priorities in a multi-stakeholder environment;
• Proactivity, energy, and a strong sense of responsibility;
• Good communication skills and autonomy in daily tasks.
