We are looking for a Stock Analyst to join our Health Wellness & Beauty team in Carnaxide, and we believe we will be #betterwithyou!
 
We count on you to…

  • Ensure the supply of a range of Wells products, ensuring efficient stock management. 
  • Analyze daily management indicators and make decisions accordingly. 
  • Ensure interface with the different stakeholders in the supply chain (sales team, suppliers, logistics, stores). 
  • Plan and ensure the supply for promotional activities. 
  • Manage the regular supply of stores and warehouses.

 
So, bring with you…

  • Higher education in Distribution and Logistics Management, Industrial and Logistics Management or similar - these areas of training provide the necessary knowledge of supply chains, warehouse management and demand forecasting techniques;
  • Experience in Stock Management (preferred) - allows you to optimize costs, improve the supply chain and make strategic decisions based on data;
  • Proficiency in Excel - essential for analyzing data, preparing reports and stock simulations;
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills - the ability to identify patterns, interpret reports and propose effective solutions is essential for optimizing stock levels;
  • Dynamism, communication and interpersonal skills - essential for negotiating deadlines, resolving unforeseen circumstances and ensuring an efficient flow of goods.
