We are looking for a Senior Strategy Consultant to join our Business Development - Health, Wellness & Beauty team, and we believe we’ll be #betterwithyou!

Your mission will be to challenge the status quo and drive the strategic transformation of the organization, designing disruptive solutions that shape the future of the business. You will take part in high-impact strategic projects focused on growth, innovation, and efficiency, mobilizing the organization for execution and ensuring alignment with stakeholders.

• Market and competition trend analysis for creating decision-making support content;
• Development of diagnostics, business potential evaluation, and support in defining strategic priorities;
• Support in the development of medium- to long-term strategic and financial plans;
• Coordination of the implementation process for projects and strategic initiatives (PMO);
• Support for business units in preparing the annual business review.

So, bring with you...

• Professional experience in strategic consulting or within a central strategy team at a large company;
• Experience in coordinating and executing complex projects with demanding delivery timelines;
• In-depth knowledge of MS Office, specifically PowerPoint and Excel;
• The ability to think in a structured, conceptual, and analytical manner;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, applied in document creation and productive engagement with people from different functions and hierarchies.
