- Defining and implementing the performance strategy for Google channels (Search, Shopping, PMAX, Demand Gen, among others);
- Managing the daily relationship with the media agency, ensuring execution quality and continuous optimization aligned with business goals;
- Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance, identifying growth and efficiency opportunities;
- Developing data-driven analyses and strategic recommendations;
- Managing and optimizing product feeds in Google Merchant Center;
- Developing and overseeing the affiliates channel;
- Building and maintaining dashboards and performance reports;
- Tracking and reporting business KPIs (ROAS, Cost of Sale, Conversion Rate, among others);
- Working closely with Analytics, SEO, CRM, Commercial, Marketing, and Logistics teams;
- Participating in technological evolution and data maturity initiatives.

- Strong experience in Google Ads, focused on Search and Shopping;
- Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4);
- Strong data analysis skills in Excel / Google Sheets (VBA is a plus);
- Experience building and interpreting dashboards;
- Knowledge of product feeds and Google Merchant Center;
- Experience analyzing large volumes of data and generating insights;
- Previous experience in media agencies and/or performance marketing (preferred);
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital performance / paid media;
- SQL knowledge (a plus);
- Degree in Marketing, Management, or similar (preferred);
- Strong analytical and critical thinking with a business-oriented mindset;
- Ability to turn data into actionable recommendations;
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder management experience;
- Curiosity for technology, data, and AI applied to marketing.
