We are looking for a Senior People Project Manager to join our team People in Health, Wellness & Beauty, in Carnaxide and we believe we will be #betterwithyou!

 We count on you to...

• Manage and implement strategic projects in the People area and the Health, Wellness & Beauty business, ensuring alignment with organizational goals;
• Work closely with different company areas to ensure effective project execution;
• Conduct trend and market analysis (both qualitative and quantitative);
• Support and coordinate initiatives related to the employee lifecycle, such as performance evaluations, salary reviews, among others;
• Monitor key metrics and indicators to assess the impact of implemented initiatives;
• Ensure clear communication and alignment among internal stakeholders regarding ongoing projects.

So, bring with you...

• A higher education degree, preferably in Management, Human Resources Management, or Economics;
• Proven experience in consulting, project management, or cross-functional roles in a corporate environment;
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint;
• Strong analytical skills and a focus on continuous process improvement;
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and stakeholder management abilities;
• Leadership, planning, and organizational skills;
• Fluency in English (written and spoken);
• Knowledge of HR processes, including performance management, compensation, and organizational development (a plus).
