We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our BI Food & Fresh team, in Carnaxide, and we believe we will be #betterwithyou!

We count on you to…

• Collaborate with business teams to identify their data needs or new opportunities that might create valuable data products;
• Create descriptive and quantitative analyses addressing key business priorities and supporting the stakeholders' decision making;
• Recommend data visualization to support informed decision making;
• Lead the Data Analysts Team;
• Ensure training and on boarding of new Data Analysts;
• Coach team members with different levels of technical and functional expertise.

So, bring with you…

• Master's degree in Data, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or Statistics - ensures you have the necessary tools to deal with complex analysis problems and are able to propose innovative solutions; 
• More than 5 years in data analysis or similar roles - allows you to have developed technical and analytical skills, as well as the ability to lead projects and guide teams; 
• Experience in Data Viz Blending Analytics (MicroStrategy/Power BI...) - ensures that you have the technical mastery to develop effective visualizations that support strategic decision-making; 
• Experience in SQL and Python - allows you to perform advanced tasks such as predictive analysis and extracting insights from structured and unstructured data sets; 
• Ability to synthesize/simplify - essential to ensure effective communication and to align analysis with business objectives; 
• Communication skills - enables you to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and influence strategic decisions, which requires well-developed interpersonal skills;
• Delivery capacity/results orientation - reflects your ability to plan, prioritize and execute projects in line with the company's strategic objectives.
