We are looking for a Senior Commercial Manager to join our Optics, Audiology & Health Insurance team at Wells, in Carnaxide, and we believe we will be #betterwithyou!

- Defining and executing the commercial strategy for the area, aligned with business objectives;
- Managing and developing strategic partnerships with key suppliers;
- Leading projects focused on margin optimisation, sales growth and profitability;
- Analysing performance and defining action plans;
- Collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Finance and Digital teams;
- Managing forecasts, budgets and performance control;
- Identifying opportunities for innovation and portfolio expansion.

- Higher education degree;
- Experience in strategic management of categories/portfolio or business;
- Experience in the optics sector will be highly valued;
- Proficiency in Excel;
- Proficiency in English;
- Strong negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders;
- Experience in results-driven environments and data-based decision-making;
- Strong communication skills;
- Autonomy, business vision and a strategic mindset.
