We are looking for a Senior Commercial Manager to join our Optics, Audiology & Health Insurance team at Wells, in Carnaxide, and we believe we will be #betterwithyou!

• Defining and executing the commercial strategy for the area, aligned with business objectives;
• Managing and developing strategic partnerships with key suppliers;
• Leading projects focused on margin optimisation, sales growth and profitability;
• Analysing performance and defining action plans;
• Collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Finance and Digital teams;
• Managing forecasts, budgets and performance control;
• Identifying opportunities for innovation and portfolio expansion.

• Higher education degree;
• Experience in strategic management of categories/portfolio or business;
• Experience in the optics sector will be highly valued;
• Proficiency in Excel;
• Proficiency in English;
• Strong negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders;

• Strong communication skills;
