We are looking for a Quality Control Coordinator to join our Quality & R&D team, and we believe we’ll be #betterwithyou!

We count on you to…

• Define the audit plan, allocate resources, and coordinate the team of auditors;
• Plan, organize, and supervise the team’s activities and processes;
• Monitor the achievement of objectives;
• Ensure technical support to the team;
• Analyze the team's various KPIs in order to apply corrective measures in case of potential deviations and define actions/plans for continuous performance improvement;
• Coordinate continuous improvement projects related to the team to optimize productivity;
• Ensure compliance with Sonae MC guidelines to meet all established goals.

So, bring with you...

• Higher education in Veterinary Medicine, Food Engineering, Microbiology, Agronomic Engineering, Zootechnical Engineering, Nutrition or similar fields;
• Training in applicable GFSI standards such as FSSC 22000, IFS, BRC, among others (mandatory for auditors in the Food cluster);
• Specific training in ISO 22716, IFS HPC and/or BRC CP (mandatory for auditors in the Non-Food cluster – DPH and Cosmetics);
• Certification as an Internal Auditor for Quality Management Systems, based on ISO 9001 and ISO 19011 standards;
• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as an auditor;
• Clear communication and active listening skills;
• Strong judgment and decision-making abilities, combined with solid and assertive self-confidence;
• Leadership and team management skills.
