We are looking for a Project Manager for a temporary opportunity to join our E-commerce Operations team at Wells, in Carnaxide, and we believe we’ll be #betterwithyou!

 

This team is responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the entire customer journey from the moment of purchase, including logistics processes, order management platforms, payments, deliveries, returns and operational support.

 

The Project Manager is responsible for coordinating initiatives and business improvements within the e-commerce ecosystem, ensuring alignment between internal teams (operations, logistics, customer care and IT) and external partners, with a focus on operational efficiency and customer experience.
This role will have a strong focus on and involvement in a strategic project at Wells, supporting the full project lifecycle from planning through to implementation, monitoring and scaling.

 

We count on you to...

  • Manage and oversee e-commerce projects and initiatives;
  • Ensure the implementation of ongoing projects;
  • Coordinate stakeholders to implement operational improvements;
  • Provide functional support for testing (UAT), requirement validation and business flows;
  • Identify risks, dependencies and operational impacts;
  • Monitor post-purchase processes and propose optimisations;
  • Produce and maintain supporting documentation.

 

So, bring with you...

  • Higher education degree in Management, Economics or Engineering (preferred);
  • Minimum of 3 years’ professional experience;
  • Experience in e-commerce;
  • Good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Jira;
  • Previous experience participating in cross-functional projects;
  • Availability for a temporary opportunity.
