PRODUCT MANAGER

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Merchandising Product Management team at MC Digital, in Carnaxide, and we believe we’ll be #betterwithyou!
This area is responsible for managing and helping to evolve more than 40 products aimed at both internal commercial teams and our customers in physical and online stores. These products span transversal areas such as Product, Quality, Pricing, Promotion, Range, Negotiation, Purchasing, Planning, and even store processes.
The Product Manager will have a transversal role, focusing both on strategic interaction with different business areas and on defining and managing the products under their responsibility.

Manage and evolve one or more products in our Merchandising area;

Lead initiatives, collaborating with product teams and suppliers, to ensure our technological products accelerate the daily work of the commercial teams of Continente and the Note!, Meu Super, and Zu stores;

Collaborate with business owners to understand business challenges, refine functional requirements, and propose appropriate solutions;
-
Define and map the strategic path for products, considering their medium- and long-term evolution;
-
Continuously evaluate the need for functional evolution, discontinuation, or replacement of products, ensuring alignment with business needs;
-
Maintain effective communication with stakeholders and collaborate with internal teams, including other Product Managers and engineering teams.

A minimum of 3 years’ professional experience in Product Owner/Manager roles, Consulting, Business Analysis, or similar functions;

Higher education degree;
-
Experience using agile methodologies, especially Scrum;
-
Ability to work strategically, focusing on product evolution and value creation for the business;

Ability to think in transversal solutions, articulating different products to meet complex business needs.
